Please do not pay until you have registered your child/children! Paying before registration does not guarantee a spot for your child.
This program fills up very quickly (has a wait list each year) and we do have limits on how many kids we can safely accommodate. Once registration opens, please DO NOT wait to register your child, BUT please only register if you intend to send your child. A lot of work goes into this program, run completely by volunteers. It is hard to have last minute changes with people not showing up knowing that there are kids on the wait list missing out. However, we are unable to pull from the wait list after around 7/15/2020 as work is done in those final days that is difficult to change. Last year we were redoing a lot of work the day before the start of the program due to people backing out last minute and trying to accommodate wait list folks. If you register your child and plans change, which we know can happen, please let us know as soon as you can.

Q. What ages can register for the program?
A. Children must be 4 as of 7/31/20 and our program goes up to kids entering 6th grade in the fall

Q. What if I have a child that has aged out of the program?
A. We are a volunteer run program that relies on adult and youth who are willing to volunteer for the most fun week of the summer! Email VBS@fbcreading.org if you have any questions. Volunteers do get record of service hours if needed.

A. You will receive a confirmation email from this site and once you pay, you will also receive a confirmation email from Paypal. Registration is not complete until payment is received!

Q. Cost of the program?
A. Registration cost is $25 per child. If this is a financial burden on any family, please reach out to vbs@fbcreading.org to inquire about our scholarship programs.

Q. Do I need to send my child with a snack each day?
A. We provide snack for children. We do ask that if your child has a food allergy that you provide a safe snack for your child. We will provide you details of all snacks being provided ahead of time for you to review. The snack is a fun time for kids and they get to build the themed snack. We ask that snacks not require refrigeration and are sent in a labeled container. Snacks need to be dropped off daily to the kitchen on the lower level of the church. The crew leaders can not accept snacks at drop off and are unable to carry around the snack for the day. At the end of the day, please return to the kitchen to retrieve any lunch boxes, etc.
